How to find an answer to a query?
There is no need to memorize the Help Center structure if you are looking for the answer to a specific question. There are several ways you can quickly find the answer to your question!
Search bar: There is a search bar at the top of the Help Center Homepage. Here, you can search based on your question. The Help Center will list the most relevant articles based on the search query.
Widget (Soon): Our Help Center will have a widget in the bottom right corner of the Help Center. Inside of the widget, we have a state-of-the-art AI chatbot, that can search all our content, and provide you with an answer catered to your needs.
How are articles structured?
We’ve written our articles with you in mind! We've divided most of our articles into two categories - "Explained" and "How to" articles. "Explained" articles introduce concepts and the key features, as such they are typically meant for beginners. "How to" articles focus more on achieving a goal and are written in a step-by-step format.
In every article, we want you to learn on your terms, which is why we’ve included the following elements:

Video tutorials: Many of our articles are accompanied by video tutorials! So, if you’d rather see someone explain a concept - watch the video instead!
Images: We get that sometimes software-related explanations can be hard to visualize which is why we often include screenshots of exactly what we’re talking about.
